Come to take a holiday together to the Bulgarian Seaside

With cooperation of  Cultural department of Sofia municipality,

National Centre for children rest, tourism and sport to Ministry of Education,

National Centre for Music and dance to Ministry of Culture and Teachers` syndicate of Choreography

The main goal of the Festival is the participating children to promote their culture, art and traditions, as well as to contribute to establishing friendship relations between children of different countries.

General conditions:

In the festival may participate folklore dance groups, vocal groups, instrumental groups  and soloists, as well groups and performers from other arts' styles. In the festival may participate children by the age of  7 to 18 years. The days of the children are free (daily beach and having fun).  After the beach and relaxation there will be concerts in Ravda, „Sunny Beach”, Nessebar and the „Eleni”. Each group must have a programme for the performance till 10 min.

            One teacher goes free with 15 children. Transport expenses to and from Ravda are covered by the participators. The groups, traveling by plane must arrive at airport Sarafovo (Bourgas). The groups, traveling by train must arrive at realaway station Bourgas. They will be transported from there by buses free of charge.  The  groups are obliged to use their own buses for transport during the festival, concerning the festival program. The fuel costs during festival days in conection with festival program will be covered from the organisers. Parking for the buses will be assured. At the arriving in Bulgaria, the participants must have medical insurance /obligatory-in accordance with the Bulgarian legislation /.The groups, approved for participation in this Festival, must pay a participation fee according to rules

It is recommended ensembles to perform themselves with a live orchestra, and if not , using a playback is possible only with studio CD, or audiocassette. The participants must take with them their national flags.

The organisers will assure for the groups guides using one of the languages: English, German, Russian, Spanish.

The Festival Committee reserves the right and shall be entitled without payment to or permissions from any person or organisation, to record, film or photograph performances during the Festival for public viewing and/or for sale.

The festival concerts will be shown on many cable and satellite television in Bulgaria.

For all participants in the festival they are predicted diplomas for participation and festival souvenirs.

Duration: From 3 July  till 17 July

Location of the camp: village Saint Vlas – Nessebar municipality – Holyday Resort Complex “Mistral-2”

Location of the festival: permanent stage in the centre of village Ravda, Amphitheatre

In Old town Nessebar, Sunny beach – central alley in front of hotel Kuban,

Stage in the Holidays Resort Complex “Elenite”.

 Allocation of forms:

-         “Funny summer” –  July 3 - 10, 2006.      

      Arriving of the groups –July 3, 2006 after 14.00 o’clock

      Departure of the groups – July 10, 2006 after breakfast , but not later 10.00 o’clock

-         “In the new century with dances, songs and love” – July 10 - 17 , 2006

Accomodation:

Holidays  Resort complex “MISTRAL-2*** ”

. The resort is situated on the sea coast, sharp to Sunny Beach resort. The climate in this region is quite favorable for the treatment of respiratory diseases. “Mistral – 2” vacation village has 20 3-floor houses wit rooms  3 or 4 beds, 20 additional rooms with 4 beds, 2 swimming pools, a sports ground, a dancing hall, a computer club. Each of the rooms has WC, TV, a refrigerator, a phone and a safe cassette. Several animators take care for the children to spend their free time in a pleasant and beneficial way. Various sports and cultural enterprises are organized every day. Medical cares are ensures day and night. The whole territory of the vacation village is under guard protection 24-hours.

            The vacation village has its own beach with sunshades and lounges and life-guards. Every day from 9 A.M. till 4 P.M. the children can use free of any payment water wheels, banana-jets, and a surfing school is at their disposal.

            All the participants receive breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner – several kinds of soups, salads, cold dishes, fish, fruit and vegetables – Swedish table. During all the day the participants receive free mineral water, soft drinks, pizza and ice-cream.

            The internal rules in the place where the group is lodged, will be respected in all moment
